We have partnered with Cambar Services Ltd, a trusted Highlands-based delivery company, to help us offer more delivery dates and improved coverage across the Highlands.

This new partnership will make it easier for us to support customers in more remote and rural areas, while continuing to provide the same direct service, support and aftercare from the ILM Highland team.

It also means we are supporting another local SME that understands the practical challenges of delivering across the Highlands.

What this means for you

Your ordering process will stay exactly the same.

You will continue to order directly through ILM Highland, and our team will continue to handle all customer service, support and aftercare.

The only change is that your delivery may now arrive through Cambar Services Ltd.

This will help us offer:

More flexible delivery availability
Improved access for remote and rural areas
Faster and more reliable delivery options
The same support from the ILM Highland team

Same-day delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of ILM Highland HQ if you order before 1pm.

Two-day delivery is available for locations between 31 and 160 miles away.

It also supports our wider work to keep reusable goods in circulation, reduce electrical waste and make essential household appliances more accessible to the people who need them.
