All appliances purchased from our Alness shop are ready to take away on the day of purchase.
If you prefer, we offer reliable home delivery across the Highlands, bringing refurbished appliances directly to your property.
Every home delivery includes free uplift of your old appliance, with a guarantee that it will either be refurbished for reuse or recycled responsibly in line with WEEE regulations.
You receive your appliance with complete peace of mind, knowing your old one will not go to landfill.

- Click and collect is always FREE.
- Orders processed before 1pm are guaranteed same day delivery for customers in Zones 1-3.
- Deliveries for customers in Zones 4 are guaranteed 2-day delivery.
- We do not ship to customers outside of a 160 mile radius.

We offer a free uplift service upon delivering a new or refurbished large appliance. Conditions apply.

When you choose home delivery, we will collect your old appliance at no additional cost.
Where possible, appliances are refurbished and rehomed through our resale programme. If an item cannot be repaired, it is dismantled and recycled responsibly.

Installation Services
We offer add-on installation services on selected product ranges, taking the hassle out of setting up your new appliance — just choose the ones you need on the product page before adding to your basket.

Do you deliver appliances across the Highlands?
Yes. We provide appliance delivery up to a 135 mile radius from our HQ in Alness, across Ross-Shire and the wider Highlands.

How long does appliance delivery take?
Orders processed before 1pm are guaranteed same day delivery for customers in Zones 1-3. Deliveries for customers in Zones 4-7 are guaranteed 2-day delivery.
We will confirm your delivery window when your order is arranged.
Do you install appliances as part of delivery?
We will position your appliance in your chosen location and ensure it is safely placed.
If you require connection or installation support, please speak to our team before delivery so we can confirm what is possible based on the appliance type and your property setup.

Do you disconnect my old appliance?
We can uplift your old appliance as part of delivery. However, it must be safely disconnected before our team arrives unless agreed in advance.

Can I arrange delivery after purchasing in store?
Yes. If you purchase an appliance in store at Alness, we can arrange delivery at the time of purchase. Our team will confirm delivery date, charges and uplift arrangements.

If your appliance is still connected, it can only be collected if an ILM Highland Connection, Disconnection, or Installation Bundle has been booked as part of your order. Unfortunately, our collection team cannot disconnect or remove appliances that remain connected to water, or electrical supplies unless this service has been arranged in advance.
