Our Inverness retail concession is located at New Start Highland Training and Reuse Village, 9 Carsegate Road North, Inverness, IV3 8DU.

Refurbishment & Repairs – Repairing and refurbishing household appliances to extend their useful life, provide affordable alternatives to buying new and keep valuable electrical products and materials in use for longer.

Skills & Community Workshops – Through initiatives such as Rescued & Ready and our Repair Café, we bring people together to learn practical skills, build confidence and share knowledge around repair and reuse. These activities help people become more confident repairing and maintaining everyday items while encouraging a culture of reuse within our communities.

Skills & Sustainable Employment – Our work also creates opportunities for people to develop practical, transferable skills and supports sustainable local employment. By investing in people as well as products, we help build skills and experience that can lead to meaningful employment while strengthening the local circular economy.
