Suds is our very own mascot for all things ILM, he has been created to raise awareness of all the great things that we offer through our retail offering, charity and social enterprise.
As of Friday 10th of July, the guidance was updated and we have implemented additional social distancing measures. Suds would like to tell you a little more information on the current measures we are taking from the updated guidance to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our loyal staff and valued customers.
Social Distancing from ILM HIGHLAND RETAIL
Face Coverings
From the 10th of July we will be asking all customers to adhere to government advice and wear a face covering when visiting our stores.

Keeping your distance
We currently have a 2-meter rule in place at the ILM Retail store, please help us keep this in place.
Social distancing is in place to keep our staff and customers safe, we have placed stickers on the floor to help you know the spacing between you and any others while visiting our shop.
Sanitiser
We have a sanitiser station available as you walk through our reception area, this is for you to use but it is not a requirement – it is there for you should you wish to use it.
Entry and Exit
We want to make it as easy as possible for you when visiting our store so we have moved things around a little and made a one way system. Having a one way system in place will help us with social distancing and ensure everyone has a relaxed shopping experience while with us at ILM Highland.
Customers
We have limited the number of customers that we will be able to welcome into the shop at one time to 4, this is in insure that our customers and staff have a positive experience while visiting ILM and can maintain social distancing measures without concern. We also politely request that if possible you refrain visiting our shop with children.
Our staff will advise you when there may be a short waiting time. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work our way through these challenging times.
