As I am sure you are all very much aware of the current coronavirus pandemic affected many people and countries across the world, we want to reassure you that here at ILM we are continuing to operate as usual following the Public Health guidelines to protect and safeguard people’s health.

Our retail outlet selling electrical appliances remains open for business as usual 6 days a week. We are also continuing to deliver our Care and Repair as well as Handyperson services to our local vulnerable residents. Our staff are taking extra precautions to protect customers, clients as well as ourselves. We politely request that you please refrain from visiting our shop if you are experiencing symptoms (fever, dry persistent cough or shortness of breath) or have returned from overseas travel within the last 14 days, or if you have been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms or who have returned from overseas travel within the last 14 days.

For shop sales, if you are unable to visit us we can still take payments over the phone and can deliver your items outside your home. For our community outreach services we will be undertaking specific health risk questionnaires prior to our visit to ensure nobody poses any adverse risk which could be passed on to others.

We will be keeping a very close eye on the news and advice being offered by the statutory agencies, and will make necessary adjustments as and when needed.
