The ILM Highland Shop sells a wide range of new and reconditioned electrical appliances which can be bought and taken home the same day. All our electrical appliances have genuine low prices. We also provide a home delivery service (starting from £10), and can take away your old appliance for recycling.

Our shop is located at ILM Highland’s offices in Alness, approximately 20 miles north of Inverness.

Opening Hours:

Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm (closed 1:00pm until 2:00pm for lunch)

Closed on Sunday

We now stock a wide range of new appliances (large and small), all of which come with a minimum 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. All of our reconditioned appliances go through a complete refurbishment process and are rigorously tested before being offered for sale. Our reconditioned appliances are professionally refurbished and carry a 3 month guarantee.

Tumble Dryers and Condenser Dryers
We stock a variety of vented or condenser tumble dryers. Brands include: Hotpoint, White Knight, Servis, Zanussi, Indesit and Creda.
Prices start from £45 for half size dryers and from £75 for full size dryers (refurbished); vented from £185 and condenser from £220 (brand new)

Washing Machines and Washer-Dryers
Brands include: Hotpoint, Zanussi, Bosch, Indesit and many others.
Prices start from £100 for washing machines and from £120 for washer dryers (refurbished); from £200 (brand new)

Cookers
Brands include: Belling, Creda, and Tricity Bendix
Prices start from £125 (refurbished); from £195 (brand new)

Dishwashers
Brands include: Hotpoint
Prices start from £215 (brand new)

Freezer and Refrigeration Units
Our freezer and refrigeration units include: larder fridges, fridges with iceboxes, freezers and fridge freezers.
Prices start from £75 for under the counter refrigeration and from £85 for upright fridge freezers (refurbished); under the counter freezer and refrigeration from £150 and upright fridge freezer from £195 (brand new)

Vacuum Cleaners
Brands include: Dyson and Zanussi
Prices start from £75 (refurbished Dysons); from £75 (brand new Zanussi)

Small Electrical Appliances
